This form is using paypal sandbox mode, transactions are not real. You can make a dummy payment on PayPal if you create your own sandbox account to test this booking form here (click the key icon at top of page) or if you have a PayPal account create your own at developers.paypal.com

Offline bookings mark a booking as 'pending payment' until you confirm the booking, which then automatically adds a transaction recording full payment. You can also manually accept partial payments and the booking will confirm itself when the amount payed equals the amount required by the booking.
